Products

We aim to describe our products, materials, prices, and availability accurately. Product colours may appear slightly different on different screens. Please review the product description before placing an order.

Prices and payment

The product price, applicable taxes, and shipping charge will be presented for your review at checkout before payment. Standard shipping is free on eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$99 or more after discounts and before taxes, as described in our Shipping Policy.

Payment must be completed through a method offered at checkout. Orders are charged in the currency stated during checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion rate or fees.

Orders and availability

After you place an order, we will send an order confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable or we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for any item we cannot supply.

Delivery and pre-orders

We currently ship to Nigeria, the United States, and Canada. Delivery methods, charges, and estimated times are described in our Shipping Policy. Any pre-order product will have its expected dispatch date stated on its product page. We will notify you if we become aware of a significant delay.

Returns and refunds
